or 25 kms from 'Madam' roundabout on Dubai-Hatta
road in the direction of Al Dhaid village.

Description:

Jebel
Maleihah is a 388 metres high natural fossil rock,
with million-year-old marine fossils, featuring
great variety of shells and marine life. The whole
upper portion of the rock is a solid fossil formation
marked with shells.

Hired/own 4WD/ car, or by guided tour.

to Reach: |
If
you are starting from Sharjah, head towards Dhaid.
At Dhaid, turn right on the Dhaid-Madam road. The
village of Maliehah is 20 kms from Dhaid on that
road.
If starting from Dubai, take the Hatta road to Madam
roundabout. Turn left towards Dhaid, and Maleihah
is 25 kms from the Madam roundabout. |
